Price includes cabin, nightly entertainment and all meals plus provided non-alcoholic beverages. Some specialty restaurants on the ship have additional charges which are extra if you choose to dine there. Taxes and port charges not included in above price. If you prefer a different cabin type or a suite, please contact us-we will find the perfect cabin for your needs..

Getting to Honolulu is easy. The cruise line has special rates available to take care of this and the air is always booked on major U.S. Airlines. [Current price is $448.40 round-trip from LAX) Plus if you book through NCL they will get you to the ship at their expense if your flight is delayed. Prices include airport to ship transfers also. PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
$250 pp now reserves your Cabin onboard the Pride of America. Balance due September 1, 2006. $50.00 pp reserves air now. Space is limited and on a first come, first served basis.

SEMINAR FEE NOW ONLY $775! $50 per attorney group discount if more than one attorney per firm attends. This is a non-refundable fee although we may allow a credit towards a future CLE & SEA® seminar if you must cancel. Seminar fee due at time of initial booking.

Tax Deduction of Expenses:
A deduction of up to $2,000.00 may be allowed for your expenses incurred on the Pride of America if you attend the seminar. This is not a guarantee of deductibility. Please check with your tax adviser for information or questions.

An income tax deduction may be allowed for expenses of education (including travel, meals and lodging), undertaken to maintain and improve professional skills (see Treas. Reg. Sec. 1.162-5; Coughlin v. Commissioner, 203 F.2d 307). Please check with your tax advisor.

TRIP INSURANCE: We recommend you purchase NCL's travel care free coverage which insures your cruise should an emergency arise. Details in NCL brochure.
